    We pride ourselves on being a small firm with personal individual service. We are unusual in that we have no administration staff, therefore every phone call is answered by us (ie. an accountant).

    We do not use timesheets (thank goodness!) and do not have a time billing system like other firms. Therefore, we do not charge by the minute or hour. Our fees are very reasonable and we also offer free consultations. I want to create a business that is warm and friendly where the clients feel they can relax, have a chat and a coffee so they don’t feel rushed. I like to chat to my clients about anything and everything!

     

    We cater for clients that have overdue or multiple past years returns outstanding and have assisted many clients in this area.

    TAXATION SERVICES

    Much of our business is about taxation and we cater for individuals and sole traders that larger firms rarely do. Many of our clients are sole traders and run small businesses so we are familiar with their requirements.

     

    We also process many tax returns ‘on the spot’, same day lodgement for simpler returns.

     

    We also are unique in that we offer a mobile tax accounting service, in that we can come to you! We have a number of clients that we visit at their homes, this can be very beneficial to the client if they have difficulty coming into the office. Please ask us if you would like us to come to you.

    AUDIT

    We are both experienced auditors and we have a number of clients in the real estate, legal, sporting clubs and Associations. Our clients generally drop in their records to us, however, let us know if you would like us to visit you.
